This is a specialist portal which supports individuals with a combination of health and social care needs. The "interactive wall garden" enables tenants with/without support to live as independently as possible within the community by offering a wide range of information icons which have direct information and links to education, health, home, leisure, transport, work, money management and personal/health budgets. Icons are linked to an individuals television within their home setting were they have full choice and control over the icons available and is customised to their individual preferences.

Insight & Impact

Having personal and professional experience regarding disabilities, the interactive wall garden will open many doors for individual's who, in the past, for whatever reason have not had the autonomy or opportunity to maximise their independence. A true journey from a service user to a citizen whom has full access to education, home, leisure, transport and work choices, which ultimately gives equal access to life opportunities.
